Herbalife Nutrition Foundation (HNF) has opened its fifth Casa Herbalife Nutrition in Vietnam at the Nghe An Social Activity Centre. Through the partnership, HNF will provide annual funding to the centre, which will be used to subsidize nutritious meals for 78 children.
“The opening of a new Casa Herbalife Nutrition is another indication of our strong commitment to long-term community support, which is also aligned with HNF’s mission to improving lives and providing aid to communities around the world,” said Vu Van Thang, general manager at Herbalife Nutrition Vietnam. “Through this program, we will join hands with Nghe An’s Social Activity Centre to provide daily nutritious meals to children and encourage them to exercise regularly to live healthier lives.”
Since 2013, HNF has provided over $600,000 in grants to the Casa Herbalife partners in Vietnam, helping nearly 1,000 children receive healthy nutrition and education. The addition of the Nghe An Social Activity Centre allows HNF to extend its reach to more people in vulnerable communities throughout Vietnam.
“This support is very valuable for our children, helping them develop better physically thanks to improved nutrition,” said Le Trung Thuc, director of the Nghe An Social Activity Centre. “We pledge to work closely with Herbalife Nutrition Vietnam to deploy the program following the set goals of improving lives of the children through better nutrition and healthy, active lifestyles.”
Through the support of our generous donors, HNF granted the Nghe An Social Activity Centre $11,800. Learn more about how you can contribute to our mission of improving the lives of children and communities around the world.
